Rimon Law welcomes Herbert Burgunder III as Real Estate Transactions and Litigation Partner in new Baltimore office

Opening a new office in Baltimore, Rimon welcomes Herbert Burgunder III as a partner in its Real Estate Practice Group.
The Baltimore office marks the 27th location featuring Rimon attorneys. This year, the firm expanded into Moscow, Warsaw, and Tucson.
Mr. Burgunder joins Rimon from PK Law, where he also worked as a Partner.
Mr. Burgunder focuses his practice on the full spectrum of real estate matters, including commercial, residential, and real estate litigation, land use and zoning issues, including variances, conditional uses, grandfathered uses, non-conforming uses, special exceptions, zoning appeals, and change in use, business law, contracts, and landlord/tenant issues.
Joining Mr. Burgunder in the Baltimore office are Alexandra Neifert, associate, and Amy Long, paralegal. The team helps clients in all facets of real estate.

Mr. Burgunder earned his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law, and a B.A. from Cornell University. In addition to practicing, Mr. Burgunder writes on real estate topics for Maryland State Bar Association publications and lectures on real estate matters, including zoning.
