San Francisco – Rimon strengthens its Corporate group by welcoming David Mittelman as Partner in its San Francisco office.
Mr. Mittelman joins Rimon from Reed Smith, where he was Partner.
Mr. Mittelman has twenty years of experience advising public and private companies, insiders, funds, and investors in securities transactions, capital market offerings, corporate governance, internal investigations, and regulatory compliance.

Mr. Mittelman builds on an experienced Corporate group along with Partners Sam Miller, Ari Levine, Jeffrey Fromm, and Geoffrey Perusse who also recently joined Rimon. The Corporate group advises companies ranging from early-stage enterprises to large public corporations, as well as financial institutions, on almost every type of corporate matter. With Rimon’s innovative business model, Mr. Mittelman will be able to custom tailor his practice to the individual needs of each of his clients.

Mr. Mittelman previously worked in the Division of Corporation Finance of the Securities & Exchange Commission. While at the SEC, he served as Legal Branch Chief overseeing reviews of IPOs, 10-Ks, and various other SEC filings made by domestic and foreign registrants.
Mr. Mittelman earned an LL.M. from New York University School of Law, a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, magna cum laude, where he a member of Suffolk University Law Review, and a B.A. from Boston College.
