Rimon Law Group Welcomes Mark Radom, Carl Sherer and Frederick Tsien

Silicon Valley, CA Rimon Law Group is pleased to welcome Mark Radom, Carl Sherer and Fred Tsien to the firm. The three attorneys joining Rimon will strengthen the Silicon Valley firm’s financing, corporate, and intellectual property practice areas.

Mark Radom has over 14 years of experience in New York, London and Israel advising investment banks, sovereigns, funds and corporations in a wide range of formation, financing and commercial matters. In recent years, Mr. Radom’s practice has focused on the formation and financing of green/clean technology start-ups. He began his legal career in New York at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft. Mr. Radom continued his practice in London at Fried, Frank, Shriver & Jacobson and Dewey Ballantine. Rimon is excited to expand its cleantech law practice with the addition of Mr. Radom.

Carl Sherer is an expert in corporate and securities law, with over twenty-five years of experience helping individuals and corporations in both transactional and regulatory settings. He earned his J.D and M.B.A. from New York University and his B.A. from Columbia University. Prior to joining Rimon, Mr. Sherer was a partner at Silber, Schottenfels, Gerber & Sherer, and was an attorney at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, and Schulte Roth & Zabel in New York City. He was of counsel to Zell Goldberg & Co., in addition to spending four years as an Assistant to the General Counsel at the Israel Securities Authority. Carl is a member of Rimon’s Israeli Transactions Practice Group.

Frederick Tsien is a seasoned Silicon Valley attorney with over 20 years of broad and diverse experience providing business counsel to, and managing the legal affairs of, high technology companies. He specializes in enabling emerging growth companies to negotiate and close deals with The Global 1,000. Mr. Tsien started his career in the semiconductor industry and has served as General Counsel or Associate General Counsel in the disk drive, medical equipment, computer hardware, and software industries. With his demonstrated expertise in structuring, negotiating and closing complex and strategic transactions–especially involving intellectual property–he has proven to be a valuable asset in the alliance intensive high tech world.
