San Francisco-Based Firm Expands to New York with Keystone Hire

New York, NY, October 19,  2010–Rimon Law Group, a growing law firm comprised of partner-level attorneys, is pleased to announce that Robin Powers has joined the firm as a partner in its New York office. She brings more than a decade of experience as a hedge fund and derivatives lawyer to the firm, along with the expertise to work with institutional clients on a variety of trading issues.

Like her Rimon Law colleagues, Ms. Powers also brings with her a long track record of success,  previously holding senior positions at Sutherland Asbill & Brennan as well as with Tannenbaum, Helpern, Syracuse and Hirschtritt and Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft. She joins with an active portfolio of hedge fund clients and a strong background in educational program development for clients and other industry professionals.

Robin Powers holds a J.D. from Fordham Law as well as an MBA from NYU Graduate School of Business. Prior to becoming an attorney, she held positions at Solomon Brothers and Andersen Consulting.
