Rimon Law Earns NAMWOLF Certification, Becomes the Largest Firm in the Organization’s Membership

Rimon Law, a full-service global law firm, has been certified as a member of the National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF). With more than 200 attorneys throughout the U.S. and globally, Rimon is now the largest law firm in the organization’s membership.

NAMWOLF is a nonprofit trade association founded in 2001 that connects in-house legal departments of major corporations with minority and women-owned law firms across the U.S. To earn membership, firms undergo a rigorous months-long vetting process and must demonstrate excellence in legal work, a commitment to diversity and inclusion, and references from major corporate clients, including Fortune 500 companies.

Zúñiga became managing partner in 2022 and is one of the first Mexican-Americans to hold that position at a global law firm. Under his leadership, Rimon has deepened its commitment to building an inclusive environment where attorneys from all backgrounds can succeed.

Rimon also earned its Minority Business Enterprise certification from the National Minority Supplier Development Council in May 2025, a designation that is among the prerequisites for NAMWOLF membership.
