NEW YORK — July 2026 — Rimon Law, a full service global law firm, is pleased to share it is continuing its strong growth trend with the arrival of new intellectual property partners Lily Wound in Boston, Laura-Michelle Horgan in New York, and private client and tax associates Katerin Dayana Patiño and Fabiana Camargo Nuñez in Bogotá, Colombia.
“We are thrilled to welcome Lily, Laura-Michelle, Katerin, and Fabiana to Rimon,” said Rimon’s Managing Partner, Juan Zúñiga. “Their arrival strengthens our Intellectual Property and Private Client practices, both of which are key strategic priorities for the firm. We look forward to the value they will bring to our clients and colleagues.”
Lily Wound is an Intellectual Property (IP) Transactions attorney who focuses on complex business, commercial, licensing, and IP-related transactions who was previously partner at Ballard Spahr. Her practice focuses on innovative and high-growth industries, particularly in Life Sciences, biotechnology, AI, gene therapy, gene editing, and engineered cell therapies. Lily has significant experience advising Life Sciences companies across the full product lifecycle and also counsels Climate Change companies on various business, commercial, and intellectual property matters. On joining Rimon, Lily said: “Since joining Rimon Law as an Intellectual Property (IP) Transactions partner, I have met many wonderful, respected colleagues who are not only top notch in their respective fields, but who are also always at the ready to jump in to help and/or offer any suggestions and guidance. In my view, the collegiality of the firm is a central aspect of the firm’s success. It is nice to work in an environment where everyone is rooting for each other’s success.”
Laura-Michelle Horgan who joins Rimon in New York, represents public and private companies in litigation, corporate, and intellectual property matters. The deciding factor was that Rimon would be best home for my clients. I can provide boutique services to them here at reasonable rates. At the same time, my clients will reap the benefits of access to experts in almost every area of law and the firm’s large global presence. The best part of joining Rimon has been the people. Teamwork and congeniality are important here and I feel lucky to have found a firm with these values.”
