Rimon Law Adds 10 Attorneys in Q1 2026, Deepening Bench in Litigation, Government Contracts, Private Client, and Capital Markets

NEW YORK — May, 20 2026 — Rimon Law, a full service global law firm, added 10 attorneys in the first quarter of 2026, expanding into new geographies and strengthening key practice areas as the firm continues a period of sustained growth. The quarter included the opening of Rimon’s new Nashville office, the firm’s first in Tennessee.

“Every quarter, more experienced attorneys are looking at the traditional model and deciding it doesn’t serve their clients or their practice the way it should,” said Juan Zúñiga, Managing Partner at Rimon. “Each of these attorneys brings tremendous experience from top-tier firms and practices, and our clients will be the first to benefit from that depth. This kind of growth confirms that the market is catching up to the model we’ve been building since 2008, and we intend to keep pushing it forward into new markets, new practice areas, and new geographies where our clients need us.”

Jeff Melcher joined the firm’s litigation practice and played a key role in the launch of the Nashville office, which opened in March, 2026. Based in Atlanta and admitted in Tennessee and Georgia, Melcher expands the firm’s litigation capabilities across the Southeast.

In Washington, Jim Phillips and Julie Nichols joined the firm, adding government contracts capability and broadening Rimon’s regulatory and federal practice offerings.

Rimon also grew its private client practice with the addition of Joe Doerr in California and Ada Colomb in the Boston market. Both attorneys support clients globally. The continued growth of the private client practice reflects the firm’s commitment to serving high-net-worth individuals and families with sophisticated, tailored counsel.

Charlotte Westfall joined the firm’s securities and capital markets practice in Silicon Valley, bringing extensive experience across Asia, focusing on capital markets, public company advisory, and mergers and acquisitions. Her arrival enhances Rimon’s international capabilities and builds on the firm’s growing China- and Asia-focused practice, following last year’s additions of Mark Liu and Jacob Harding to Rimon’s China practice group.

The firm’s Middle East presence also continued to gain traction following Victoria Mesquita’s arrival in Q4 of 2025 to launch RimonME in Dubai. Mesquita brings a highly regarded global practice focused on debt capital markets, leveraged and syndicated finance, and Islamic (Sharia) finance. Her addition has deepened Rimon’s cross-border transactional capabilities and expanded the firm’s reach in a region of growing strategic importance.

Rimon’s distributed model, which removes the overhead and billable-hour pressures of traditional firms, has been central to the firm’s ability to attract experienced attorneys from top-tier firms and serve clients at competitive rates without compromising quality. The firm’s partners collaborate across jurisdictions and time zones from more than 50 offices worldwide, supported by a technology-enabled platform and a compensation structure based entirely on objective performance metrics.

The quarter’s growth is followed by the firm’s certification by the National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF), which Rimon announced this week. Rimon is the largest law firm in the organization’s membership.
