Each year, the LGBT Bar recognizes LGBTQ+ legal professionals (practicing lawyers, law professors, corporate counsel, members of the judiciary, politicians, etc.) under the age of 40 who have distinguished themselves in their field and have demonstrated a profound commitment to LGBTQ+ equality. Awardees will be recognized at the 2020 Lavender Law® Conference and Career Fair in Washington, DC.

Michael Vargas is an associate in Rimon’s Palo Alto office and a member of the firm’s Corporate practice group. As a member of the Corporate practice group, Michael represents clients in a range of corporate transactions including formation, convertible debt financing, angel financing, venture capital and private equity backed expansion, state and federal securities, employment concerns, and mergers & acquisitions.
