Rimon Advises Australian Oilseeds Investments Pty. Ltd. on its Business Combination Agreement with EDOC Acquisition Corp.

Special purpose acquisition company, EDOC Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: ADOC, ADOCR, ADOCW, “EDOC”)  announced yesterday that it has entered into a definitive business combination agreement with Rimon client Australian Oilseeds Investments Pty. Ltd.

Upon the satisfaction of all closing conditions, the transaction will result in Australian Oilseeds Holdings Limited, a to-be-formed Cayman Islands company, listing its ordinary shares to trade on the Nasdaq Global Market. Rimon PC is acting as legal counsel to Australian Oilseeds Investment Pty. Ltd. in the transaction.

The combined company is expected to have a post-transaction enterprise value of approximately $190 million.
