Portland, OR – Rimon, consistently recognized for its innovation and teamwork throughout its 46 offices, is pleased to welcome sports and entertainment attorneys Paul Loving as Partner and Jeremy Pyle as Counsel in Portland. 

Both attorneys join the firm from Holland & Knight LLP. 

Mr. Loving is a well-known transactional attorney who advises individuals and brands in the sports, entertainment, and consumer products sectors. Mr. Loving has over 29 years of extensive experience working as outside and in-house counsel for startups as well as Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Loving’s career highlights include leading the negotiating team for adidas’ historic long-term partnership with Kanye West and its multilayered partnership with Beyoncé. Mr. Loving has advised on sports agreements with teams including the New York Yankees and LA Kings, and has advised brands in deals with renowned musicians, entertainers, influencers, companies, and events in the business, including Kendall and Kylie Jenner, Snoop Dogg, Lucas Films and HBO. Prior to his role at Holland & Knight LLP, Mr. Loving served as Assistant General Counsel to Nike and Special Counsel to adidas. 

Mr. Pyle represents clients in a variety of entertainment, sports and media matters.  Mr. Pyle has drafted and negotiated a wide range of agreements in the sports, entertainment, consumer products, advertising, marketing and media sectors, including endorsement agreements, sponsorship agreements, talent agreements, licensed product agreements, and other licensing, consulting, and collaboration agreements with professional athletes, recording artists, models, designers, influencers, universities, and several blue-chip companies and brands.

Mr. Loving graduated from University of Oregon School of Law (J.D.) and UCLA (B.S., History).  

Mr. Pyle graduated from University of Arkansas School of Law (LL.M., Food and Agriculture), University of Oregon School of Law (J.D.) and DePauw University (B.A., Political Science).
