The Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) has released its latest proposed revisions to Proposition 65’s warning regulations.

This has been a three-year effort and these latest proposed revisions, though not yet final and subject to further change, are likely close to the final version. The agency is accepting additional public comment and then it is likely that it will adopt the final version by Fall, 2016 with a two-year phase in period for compliance.
