CLE March 29, 2020
Thursday, April 30rd • 1 PM ET – (1 CLE Credit )

Doing business/ acquisitions in Germany is obviously a wide-ranging topic and covers quite a number of legal aspects. We will start in the first Webinar with all aspects concerning Foreign Direct Investment (“FDI”) laws and regulations in Germany that are actually relevant for all non-European buyers of German enterprises in sector-specific areas and in non-sector specific areas above certain thresholds (depending on critical and non-critical infrastructure) pursuant to the Foreign Trade and Payments Act (Aussenwirtschaftsgesetz, “AWG”) and the Foreign Trade and Payments Ordinance (Aussenwirtschaftsverordnung, “AWVO”). Following Webinars will cover other M&A specific topics.
