Rimon Partner Jennifer Duffy Recognized for 10 Years of Legal Specialization in Family Law

Rimon is proud to share that Rimon Partner Jennifer Duffy has received the State Bar of California’s Certificate of Achievement for 10 Years of Legal Specialization in Family Law.

This milestone marks a decade of Jenn being recognized as a “Certified Family Law Specialist, certified by the State Bar of California Board of Specialization,” a designation reserved for attorneys who have demonstrated sustained excellence in their field.

Jenn first earned her certification after passing a rigorous, full-day specialty examination in family law—an exam offered only once every two years—and completing the application process in 2015. Family law specialization is a five-year certification, and Jenn has since successfully renewed her credentials in 2020 and again in 2025, with the required support of judges before whom she regularly appears in court.

As a Certified Family Law Specialist, Jenn also completes 36 hours of family-law-specific Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) every three years, exceeding the standard requirement for non-certified attorneys. This reflects her ongoing commitment to staying current in an evolving area of law and delivering the highest level of counsel to her clients.

This recognition underscores Jenn’s dedication, professionalism, and depth of experience in family law—qualities that benefit both her clients and the broader legal community.
