Growing its team of international transaction partners, Lisa-Marie Monsanto has joined Rimon Law as a Partner in its Washington, DC office.

Ms. Monsanto joins Rimon from Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, where she was also a partner.

Representing financial institutions, private equity funds, issuers and other parties in the structuring, negotiation and documentation of a broad range of financing transactions, Ms. Monsanto also has experience in assisting small- and medium-sized companies in their financings with various bilateral/multilateral development finance institutions and equity sponsors. Her work includes transactions throughout the globe, with some notable matters in emerging markets in Latin America, the Middle East, Asia, Africa and the Caribbean.

At Rimon, Ms. Monsanto will join a team of top international trade partners, including recent additions Seattle financing partner Emma Larson and Orlando cross-border transaction partner Robert Q. Lee.

Ms. Monsanto received her J.D. from the Columbia University School of Law, her MBA from Rutgers and her B.A. from McGill University.
