Goals Conference Chamber at the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce

Rimon Partner Robert Q. Lee was one of the ​panelists at the ​Goals Conference Chamber ​which took place​ last Friday, June 17, 2016.

He shared his input on how the relationship between Miami and Asia has been in the past​, currently is and has to be in the future​, and what steps to take in order to strengthen it. He also discussed the importance of transportation between Hong Kong and Miami and vice versa, promoting a more collaborative relationship between the two global cities.

Additionally, panelists covered the topic of traffic congestion and transportation and the need for a paradigm shift — the importance of consensus and getting past politics, to technology, funding, P3s, 100 great transportation ideas and The SMART Plan.

“Miami is one of the most important ports for Chinese economic development.” Asserted Mr. Lee.

U.S. Congressman Mario Diaz-Balart along with other experts on the field attended as well.
