Phoenix, AZ – Opening its 40th office, Rimon is pleased to welcome Benjamin Aguilera, a corporate attorney with a focus on Latin American transactions, as a Partner in its new Phoenix, Arizona office.

Mr. Aguilera joins Rimon from Greenberg Traurig LLP, where he was Shareholder.

Mr. Aguilera is an accomplished transactional attorney who focuses on cross border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital, and real estate transactions involving parties in the United States, Mexico, Central and South America, Spain, Portugal and regulated by the USMCA and other treaties and conventions between the U.S., Mexico, and other countries. His client base includes investment advisors, large corporations, emerging companies, real estate developers, cross-border manufacturers, and hotels and resorts.

Mr. Aguilera graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law (J.D.), The University of Texas at El Paso (M.S., Accounting) and Universidad Tecnológica de México (B.A. Finance, Accounting).
