Global law firm Rimon PC appoints T.J. Henry in newly created Chief Legal Officer role to serve as General Counsel to the firm
New Orleans, LA – Rimon, consistently recognized for its innovation and teamwork throughout its 46 offices, is pleased to announce the appointment of Timothy J. (T.J.) Henry as Chief Legal Officer. Mr. Henry will be based out of the firm’s New Orleans office.
Mr. Henry joins Rimon from alternative legal services provider, Sterlington, PLLC, where he was Corporate Counsel and the VP of Operations and Business Development.
Mr. Henry has spent his career working in legal, financial, and operational capacities, building and leading teams in law and private equity firms. Mr. Henry maintains a passion for helping businesses and clients maximize revenue through practical and commercial legal representation as well as through refined strategy, operations, and M&A activity. He is deeply experienced in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex transactional and contractual matters for private equity firms and their portfolio companies as well as startups and other private entities. He also has extensive experience in the sports law industry having worked with sports agents and NFL and NBA teams, and has served as General Counsel, CFO and COO for many clients.

Mr. Henry graduated from Tulane University (J.D., Sports Law, MBA – Finance, and B.S. – Management – Finance and Business Law.)
