Boston, MA – Rimon is pleased to welcome Roy Gillig as a Tax Partner in Boston.

Mr. Gillig joins the firm from Mintz where he was Partner.  He also has experience at accounting powerhouses KPMG and Deloitte.

Mr. Gillig focuses his practice on federal, state, and international tax matters focusing on mergers and acquisitions, financings, internal restructurings, licensing, and other commercial transactions. He provides tax advice and counsel to strategic and private equity investors, as well as individuals, corporations, partnerships, nonprofits, and other entities. Mr. Gillig works a wide range of clients including publicly traded companies, private equity and hedge funds, family offices, business and commercial aviation companies, manufacturers, media and entertainment companies, software developers, and technology companies.
