RIMON RAISES CONSTITUTIONAL CHALLENGES IN THE FLORIDA SUPREME COURT

Rimon Partner, Harvey Sepler, challenged whether Florida voters should be presented with a ballot question amending the state constitution that was potentially confusing and compromised their right to a meaningful vote.  His was the first among several ballot challenges to raise a bundling concern and although this challenge was ultimately unsuccessful, the arguments that he and Rimon raised were the primary focus of a lengthy dissent by the Florida Supreme Court.   Read the full Law360 article here.
