Bio Green Med Solution, Inc. (Nasdaq: BGMS, Nasdaq: BGMSP) (“Bio Green Med”), formerly Cyclacel Pharmaceuticals, Inc., announced the closing of its previously announced Exchange Transaction with FITTERS Diversified Berhad to acquire Fitters Sdn. Bhd., a Malaysia-based company specializing in fire safety and protection solutions.
The acquisition marks a significant step in Bio Green Med’s diversification, adding fire safety and protection to its pharmaceutical foundation. Its common and preferred stock continue to be listed on Nasdaq, trading under BGMS and BGMSP.
