ATP Marin Secures Trial Victory in Delaware Court of Chancery Over Ownership of Three Luxury Yachts

Congratulations to our client, ATP Marin, Inc., in obtaining a trial victory before the Delaware Court of Chancery in a cross-border corporate and asset ownership dispute involving three luxury yachts.

The Court ordered rescission of the challenged transfers of the three yachts and reversion of the yachts’ titles to ATP, holding that the transfers violated Section 271 of the Delaware General Corporation Law. The matter involved issues relating to corporate governance, equitable tolling, and international asset ownership.
