Agriculture & Natural Solutions Acquisition Corporation Announces US$510 Million Business Combination

We are pleased to announce the proposed business combination agreement between Rimon client, Australian Food & Agriculture Company Limited (AF&A), and Agriculture & Natural Solutions Acquisition Corporation, a special purpose acquisition company. Upon closing, the combined company, Agriculture & Natural Solutions Company Limited (“NewCo”), expects to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the ticker symbol “AFAE.”

This strategic transaction, valued at A$780 million (approximately US$510 million), aims to create a leading agricultural decarbonization and premium product company, enhancing sustainability efforts within the sector.
