Rimon Congratulates Beacon Power Services on it’s Series A Raising

Rimon congratulates it’s energy technology client Beacon Power Services on it’s Series A Raising. The fundraising effort is expected to enhance Africa’s energy infrastructure. The new funding will enable BPS to expand its operations beyond Nigeria and Ghana into additional markets across Eastern and Southern Africa. The funds will support product enhancement, R&D, and growth of BPS’s real-time grid management solutions, designed to optimize power distribution and address the chronic challenges plaguing African utilities.

Rimon served as legal advisors to Beacon Power Services with a team led by Lisa Marie Monsanto, and support by attorneys Saxon Peters, Craig Tanner, Douglas Schneller, Roy Gillig, James Min and David Case. and paralegal, Anne Mitzelfelt.
