Satisfaction Based Billing

At Rimon, how much you pay for legal services depends on how satisfied you are. We are confident that our lawyers offer the peak of professionalism, responsiveness, knowledge and skill - and that's a promise we back up with our Satisfaction Based Billing Program. As a client of Rimon, you can choose to participate in an innovative pricing program whereby you can pay up to 20% more or less than our normal rates, depending on your level of satisfaction. Here's how it works:
-
Clients who elect to particpate in our Satisfaction Based Billing program, must do so before the start of a billing cycle. At the end of a billing cycle, you will receive a short survey asking you to evaluate our services based on factors that matter to you, including skill, knowledge, responsiveness professionalism, negotiating ability, courtesy and ethics. Each question has an assigned value, that adjusts your bill up, if we exceeded your expectations, or down, if you were less than fully satisfied. Your final bill depends on your overall level of satisfaction.
-
We offer this innovative pricing plan because we believe that clients should only pay full price for full service. (And because we are confident that we will exceed your expectations!) Rimon also believes in honesty, integrity, and full transparency, so if you have any questions, please feel free to e-mail us or call us at (800) 930-7271. (You can also use the buttons below.)
