- Acted as lead intellectual property attorney negotiating $1.3 billion M&A transaction including extensive licensing agreements relating to diagnostic methods and devices and immunoassay, PCR and genetic technologies
- Conducted due diligence review and negotiated acquisition of chain of long-term care facilities
- Conducted due diligence review and negotiated acquisition of home care company operating in three states
- Provided legal opinions to lenders to support extension of credit line to fund acquisition
- Structured arrangements with lenders to provide working capital credit facilities
