Creditors’ Rights
Rimon's creditors' rights counsel has experience representing banks, credit unions, law firms, accounting firms, small businesses and individuals in the collection of past due accounts. Our knowledge covers a broad range of debtor-creditor circumstances, including secured and unsecured lending transactions, Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcies, debtor workouts and concealed assets.
In addition to enforcing creditors' rights, we emphasize effective preventive measures by counseling clients in connection with loan documents, leases, agreements, credit policies, and collection procedures. Our counsel has successfully brought actions in state, federal and U.S. bankruptcy courts. In addition, we regularly counsel clients on risk management and litigation avoidance strategies.
