• Acted for a United States issuer in connection with a U.S. $360,000,000 offering of exchangeable notes.
• Represented European Banks in connection with a U.S. $100,000,000 offering of subordinated participating notes. 
• Acted for a sovereign in connection with a private placement in six tranches of Eurobonds guaranteed by another sovereign. 
• Represented U.S investment banks in connection with a U.S. $750,000,000 offering of sovereign debt.
• Acted for the arranger of a U.S. $7,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme in connection with its 2002 and 2003 updates. 
• Acted for a Turkish high-tech company in connection with a proposed U.S. $400,000,000 high yield debt offering.
• Acted for a Cayman Islands special purpose vehicle in connection with a proposed U.S. $150,000,000 offering of asset-backed notes.
• Represented U.S. Investment Bank in connection with the securitization of U.S. $1,200,000,000 in franchise loans.
