Virtual Law Firm, Rimon Law Group, Puts Its Money Where Its Mouth Is

This Satisfaction-Based Billing program is a radical departure from traditional law firm billing models, which continue to rely heavily on per-hour rates, often reaching $1,000 per hour regardless of the quality -- or legal result -- of the service.

Based on the results of that survey, clients can either receive up to a 20 percent discount on their bill or, as the firm hopes, pay up to a 20 percent premium for outstanding service.
