New Full Service Legal and Consulting Program for Start-Ups Seeking Funding
April 27, Silicon Valley, California - Rimon Law Group, Inc. and VCNegotiators announce a new program for start-ups aimed at both lowering the cost of professional services and increasing their access to capital. The program, called "Seamless Strategic Deals," is a part of the law firm's and the consulting firm's strategic partnership to provide start-ups with effective, affordable and seamless professional services for VC funding, legal services and other strategic deals.
The program was launched because the two firms have service models that are complementary. VCNegotiators assists companies in securing capital from venture capital funds, angel financing groups, private equity funds and corporate partners. By providing a broad spectrum of business consulting services, start-ups can develop integrated business and financing strategies at an affordable cost.
