Even before joining Rimon, our attorneys were partners at global law firms, executives of international corporations, and professors in business, law, and science at top ranking universities. While all of Rimon's partners have at least ten years of legal experience, they also joined Rimon after careers in business, investment banking, health care, venture capital, accounting, entrepreneurship, consulting, computer science, the military, and academia. They hold JDs, PhDs, LLMs, and MBAs from the best universities in the United States and abroad. They have worked on multi-billion dollar deals and have argued (and won) in front of the Supreme Court of the United States. This breadth of experience and education, working closely together, ensures our clients receive real world, comprehensive counsel.

Rimon's attorneys all work closely together across all our offices and participate in firm-wide meetings at least twice a month. We do not have thousands of lawyers under one corporate umbrella. Instead we maintain a closely-knit and agile model that ensures a highly collaborative and exceptional work product.

Rimon is conscious of the balance between running a business, contributing to our communities, and protecting the natural environment. For this reason we encourage our team members to engage in civic duty, volunteerism and pro bono work, along with other responsible business practices.

We are a nearly paperless law firm, using secure digital file management whenever possible. We strive to minimize our environmental impact through responsible policies and practices. To mitigate the impact we do have, we offset the vast majority of our carbon footprint by purchasing offsets from the non-profit Bonneville Environmental Foundation.

As attorneys, we believe our duties extend to providing affordable or free legal services to underserved communities. Our attorneys frequently support the efforts of non-profit organizations and low-income entrepreneurs.  

Rimon is proud to donate 10% of its profits to charitable organizations.

Rimon business model combines the best attributes of a closely-knit high-end boutique firm with the international presence of a global law firm. Our clients do not have to choose between consistent quality and international reach.

Rimon's flexible structure allows our attorneys to customize each representation to a client’s particular needs, and to align their interests with those of the client. Rimon Offers Innovative and Fair Pricing

At Rimon, we base our pricing on the value we provide to our clients. Hourly billing does not always reflect the true value obtained by clients. We offer our clients alternative pricing approaches including flat fees, equity shares, subscription-based, or contingency-based billing that matches our prices to the value obtained by our clients. Unlike most law firms that impose billing rates and structures from the top down, our attorneys exercise individual control over the pricing they offer their clients. This allows us to offer customized solutions and pricing for our clients that better meet their individual needs.
