Mark is Of Counsel to Rimon. Mark has over fifteen years of experience in tax law, counseling individuals and corporations on domestic and foreign tax issues. He has been of counsel to hedge funds, private equity vehicles, international mergers, startups and international ventures.
Prior to joining Rimon, Mark Feldman served as a tax attorney in New York City with Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP and before that at Weil, Gotshal and Manges, LLP. In addition, he has acted of counsel for Kelley Drye & Warren LLP and Kostelanetz & Fink LLP on a broad range of tax matters.
Presently, Mark's practice covers a wide array of domestic and international tax matters, including:
