Dave Wolf is Of Counsel to Rimon. He  is a member of the New York State Bar Association's Tax Section and has extensive experience in U.S. and International Taxation having worked both in Israel and the U.S.A. He has experience in the areas of U.S. federal and state taxation, U.S. Offshore Compliance and IRS Voluntary Disclosure Procedure, and U.S. and Israeli Tax Controversies. Dave has been in charge of a U.S. publicly traded company's overall international tax structure and compliance and worked as a general attorney for the U.S. company's subsidiaries in the UK, France and Israel. Dave serves as a member of the appeal committee for Maror monies in Israel.
